Leaders in Action starts with me, Eleni Pallas, and expands organically to include other top notch solo coaches and consultants who come together for specific projects when it makes sense for our clients.

At this time, I work with T Napier as a Changeworks Practitioner, using his proprietary diagnostic tool, which is the only one in the world that assesses productive tension or motivation around client-specific, business-critical activities. I also partner with BrainResource to access online brain training tools that help my clients reduce stress and regulate their emotions for more effective long-term results. Further, I collaborate with various friends and colleagues for support with large projects and/or access to psychometric tools, when preferred by clients.

I am a global citizen who lives fully and loves to explore the world with all the vigor that my mind and body can offer.

I have been working for over 20 years with global MNCs and small technology companies in the mobile communications, development banking and management consulting industries, always concentrated on infrastructure industries/projects, believing that good systems and structures facilitate efficiency that creates space for higher thinking and creative action. The majority of my focus has been on business development, leading a variety of organic growth, strategic partnership and acquisition projects in the BRICs and emerging markets. I have worked with organizations such as Orange Business Services in Paris, the World Bank in Washington, DC, as well as Deloitte and Booz Allen in Europe and the US. I decided to shift my professional focus from business development to leadership development to put my vision into action and make contributions that I could see and enjoy. I believe that the time is right to make systemic economic and social changes that create better results on the micro and macro levels, seeing deliberate and socially responsible leaders as the needed levers.

I am on a mission to change the world by engaging leaders in creating transformational change from their core internal foundations, not external needs. I work with executives and entrepreneurs who are ready to cultivate the certainty and strength to take a stand as courageous leaders, connecting their own highest potential with the greater good. As an executive coach, I humbly serve my life’s purpose of evoking the grandeur of the human spirit in the form of great leaders.
